These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and HARD CANDY SELF DEFENSE (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, purchasing a ticket to the Range Ready Wellness Experience, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

HARD CANDY SELF DEFENSE offers in-person wellness and self-defense education events, including the Range Ready Wellness Experience — a guided day of brunch, breath work, mindfulness, confidence training, and range-readiness education — along with related merchandise and training gear sold through our online shop.

Event details (date, city, venue, schedule) are listed at the time of purchase. We may adjust event logistics when necessary and will notify registered attendees by email.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. HARD CANDY SELF DEFENSE is the seller of record for all orders. When you complete a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location. Receipts are emailed to the address you provide at purchase.

Prices are listed in USD. Promotional pricing (such as limited-time sale discounts) applies only during the advertised sale window and only to the items or events identified in the promotion.

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited conduct includes: unlawful use; fraud, spam, or deceptive activity; infringing intellectual property rights; and interfering with the security or operation of the site (including malware, probing, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Our events involve physical and wellness activities such as breath work and guided movement, and may involve educational content about firearms and range environments. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Consult a physician before participating if you have health concerns. You are responsible for following all safety instructions given by our staff and any host venue at all times.

HARD CANDY SELF DEFENSE retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including course materials, curriculum, videos, documentation, branding, and logos. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access purchased materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls on our content.

We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all services and products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to access purchased digital materials ends; event tickets already purchased are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
