Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
3. How We Use It & Legal Bases
To create and manage your registration and deliver the event or products you purchased (performance of a contract).

To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
To improve our programs and website (legitimate interests).

4. Who We Share It With
Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the business, such as hosting, analytics, and email tooling.
Stripe, our payment processor, for the sale of products and event tickets, payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary, and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, registration records are kept through the event and any applicable tax/accounting retention period. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
