REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the Range Ready Wellness Experience. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no unreasonable hoops, no fine print.

Because the experience is an in-person event with limited seating (30 seats in Jacksonville, 50 in Charleston), refund requests for an event must be made before the event date. Requests made after attending the event are handled case by case.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, email us at info@hardcandyselfdefense.com with your order details and we’ll help you through it.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Physical merchandise (training pistols, apparel, and gear) purchased through our shop follows the same 30-day window from the order date. Items should be returned in their original condition; reach out to us first and we’ll provide return instructions.
